All rates offered are subject to change without prior notice
Reservation will be guaranteed upon received of full-payment.
Check in time is after 2:00pm & Check Out Time is before 12:00 noon
All confirmed reservation are held until 5:00 pm on the check-in day. After that, consider no show and payment paid are deemed non-refundable.
The owners of the property or their representative retain the rights to refuse admission to more people (including children and infants) than eight persons
The apartment is to be kept in good order and left clean and tidy on vacating. Any breakages should be reported immediately.
The owners and their representative of the property shall not liable to you or any member of your party for any loss or damage to your property or person, however caused.
Cancellation by You - In the unlikely event of your being forced to cancel your booking, in full or in part, you should inform us immediately at least two weeks in advance. You remain responsible for the total cancellation charges of the booking.
Amendment by You - Amendments are like cancellations, you should inform us at least two weeks in advance prior your check-in date, we will endeavor to assist you, however, you may incur additional costs and penalty charges.
No amendments and cancellations allowed for the last minutes booking: (Booking made less than 2 weeks before the arrival date).
We reserve the right to refuse any booking, and to cancel in the unlikely event of the apartments becoming unavailable through any event outside of our control, subject to a full refund of any monies paid and also the option to transfer to another apartment at no extra cost.
Towels, shower gel, soap, shampoo, toiletries and etc are not provided.

Reservation Procedure

1) Provide us your name (as in your identification card or passport) and valid email account
2) Make payment once you received confirmation of apartment availability from us. Banking details will be provided.
3) Give us a call or sms once you've banked in the amount to our bank account.
4) Keep your bank-in slip and bring along to our apartments location for exchanging keys
5) We will send you the acknowledgment by emails when your reservation is successfully processed.
6) We reserve the right to refuse any booking, and to cancel in the unlikely event of the apartment becoming unavailable through any event outside of our control, subject to a full refund of any monies paid. Also the option to transfer to another apartment at no extra cost.

Follows the following maps getting to Sakura Café and advisable to give us a heads-up call, at 012-4523477 (Mr Lim) or 012-4098066 (Christine), ~10 minutes before reaching the location.

Bring along your bank-in slips or any proof of fund transfer. We will verify it before passing keys to you

Take note on the following Terms & Conditionals:

Cameron Highlands - Amalgamation of many rounds of Visits

Above are Orang Asli (indigenous people) houses propped precariously on the hillside. In the foreground are bamboo trees - I should have picked some for wrapping joongs. Fruits like durians, plants like staghorn ferns and vegetables like petai (stinky beans) which they forage from the abundant jungle they call home are sold in shacks nearby. We've even seen them selling snakes.

We made a stop at Tanah Rata and one of the vendors (opposite the Lakehouse) asked us to try this jagung (sweet corn) RAW! Well, we've never eaten a raw corn before. This species was so sweet and bursting with juice...we'll definitely seek them out the next time.

Boh Tea Plantation

How I wish I could pack all this crisp, fresh air to bring home with me. Sigh

Blue Valley...where most of the vegetables in the KL markets come from. We always make more purchases than we need on our way home

Welcome to Mrs Robertson's rose garden...a sure stop in our itinerary because the caretaker always keeps rose cuttings for us.

The Flame of Fire rose wasn't well-taken, but I had to include her because she's so special. Apparently, she turns colours from yellow to light pink, then a deeper shade of pink.

We don't find morning glories of such intense colour downhill

Forget-me-nots. Indeed, the beauty of the flowers here will leave an everlasting memory for all of us.
